SEBI nod for Talbros' equity offer

CHENNAI: Talbros Automotive Components has received the approval of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for the issue of new equity shares, aggregating Rs. 50 crore through the 100 per cent book-building process. The company is foraying into the manufacture of forgings and has been allotted land, measuring 20,000 sq. m. at Bawal in Haryana for setting up the plant, says a company release.
