Aurobindo Pharma raises $60m

NEW DELHI: : Aurobindo Pharma on Thursday said it has issued and allotted Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) worth $60 million which will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. The FCCBs are convertible into equity shares of the company within five years at a conversion price of Rs. 522.036 per share with a fixed rate of exchange on conversion of Rs. 43.3925 for one dollar, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
