BJP to focus on civic issues

VISAKHAPATNAM: The ensuing municipal and corporation elections provided an opportunity for the BJP to strengthen itself at the grass-root level and sharpen the leadership, BJP national secretary K. Haribabu said here on Thursday. Addressing the city BJP executive meeting, he asked the party workers to focus on the local issues like sanitation, streetlighting and drinking water. Senior party leader P.V. Chalapathi Rao advised workers to unfurl the national flag in the respective wards.
