KOZHIKODE: The Vaidyaratnam P. S. Varier Ayurveda College at Kottakkal has extended the last date for applying for admission to its certificate course in clinical yoga to August 23. The course is conducted by the clinical research institute for yoga and ayurveda attached to the college, A. P. Haridas, chairman and principal of the college, said on Saturday. The six-month course is recognised by the State Government. Those who successfully complete the course are eligible for appointment as yoga therapy instructors in hospitals and similar institutions. Candidates should have passed Plus-Two examination and should be aged between 17 and 25.
