Amazing Striker and Aristotle excel

BANGALORE: Aristotle, Amazing Striker, Linette and Parthenon excelled when the horses were exercised here on Tuesday morning (Aug. 16).

Outer sand

600m: Diomedes (rb) 42. In fine condition.

800m: Green Park (Vivek) 58, 600/45. Unextended. Our Lancer (Prithviraj) 1-1.5, 600/46. Royal Conqueror (S. Babu) 56, 600/43.5. Pushed. Netstar (rb) 54, 600/42. Strode out well. Los Angeles (rb) (1,400-600) 59. Eased up. Aashirwaad (Appu) (1,400-600) 1-0. Moved freely.

1000m: Suave (Mark), Big B (R. Marshall) 1-13, 800/54, 600/42.5. They moved well, latter finished a length in front. Kandalla (rb), Eden (Chandrashekar) 1-16.5, 800/59, 600/44.5. Latter better. Green Bax (Srinath), Linette (Appu) 1-11, 800/53, 600/41. Latter was handy, while the former moved under pressure and finished level. Exclusive Affair (rb), Aristotle (C. Alford) 1-8.5, 800/53, 600/41. Latter who is in great heart started six lengths behind and finished four lengths ahead.

1200m: Aperitivo (C. Alford) 1-27, 800/55, 600/42. Pleased. Amazing Striker (M.R. Singh) 1-26.5, 800/53.5, 600/41. Moved fluently. Royal Scandal (C. Alford), Advocate General (Jagadeesh) 1-26, 800/55.5, 600/43. Former impressed. Overdrive (Mark) 1-29, 800/57, 600/43.5. Moved on the bit.

1400m: Estrella (Appu) 1-42.5, 1,200/1-25, 800/55.5, 600/42.5. Moved impressively. Gaslight (R. Marshall) 1-41.5, 1,000/1-13.5, 800/58.5, 600/46. Eased up. The Zamindar (rb) 1-39, 1,000/1-11, 800/56, 600/43. Responded well to the urgings. Adesina (Jagadeesh), Aspinalls (C. Alford) 1-42, 1,000/1-11, 800/55.5, 600/42.5. They maintain form. Asterisk (C. Alford), Ardennes (rb) 1-43, 1,200/1-25.5, 800/57, 60/45. Latter started two lengths behind and finished together. Aleksei (rb), Romantic Liaison (C. Alford) 1-39, 1,000/1-11, 800/57, 600/44. They are in fine trim.

1600m: Parthenon (R. Marshall) 1-58, 1,200/1-25, 800/55, 600/42.5. In fine fettle.

Gate practice - - inner sand

1400m: Vesuvio (Mark), a 3-y-o (Inner City-Westlem Whisper) (rb) 1-32.5, (1,400-600) 48. They jumped out smartly. Former finished five lengths in front. Mystic Heights (Mahendran), Amazing Warrior (Jagadeesh), Bay Island (Amarpreet) and Apollo Storm (Mandeep) 1-35, (1,400-600) 49.5. Mystic Heights was the pick.
