MYSORE: A seven-year-old girl was allegedly abducted by an unidentified person on Thursday and inflicted with injuries. The incident took place in Vijayanagar police station limits. The victim was playing in front of her house when she was approached by a stranger, who took the unsuspecting child with her on the pretext of buying her chocolates. The girl was assaulted and she suffered injuries on her cheeks and forehead. The girl raised an alarm following which the stranger abandoned her.
