Ventura launches Indian operations

CHENNAI: Ventura, a leading provider of customer management outsourcing services, has launched its Indian operations. It is part of Ventura U.K. and will be known as Ventura (India) Private Limited. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Next, an FTSE-100 company. In Pune, Ventura has set up its operations in Kalyani Nagar. The company has invested 10 million pounds in its first offshore centre outside the U.K. To start with, Ventura will offshore business in the travel and leisure sectors.
