Traffic may be hit today

BANGALORE: Traffic in certain parts of the city is likely to be affected for some time on Saturday following the visit of President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.

According to a press release from the Commissioner of Police, Ajai Kumar Singh, traffic is likely to be affected on Raj Bhavan Road, Legislators' Home Road, Palace Road, T. Chowdaiah Road and Kumara Krupa Road (between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.); Palace Road, T. Chowdaiah Road, Kumara Krupa Road and Ramana Maharshi Road (between 11 a.m. to 11.40 a.m.); Ramana Maharshi Road, Palace Road, T. Chowdaiah Road, Race Course Road, CoD office Road, Seshadri Road and Post Office Road (between 11.40 a.m. and 12.35 p.m.); Post Office Road, Seshadri Road, B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi and Raj Bhavan Road (between 12.35 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.); Raj Bhavan Road, Legislators' Home Road, Palace Road, T. Chowdaiah Road, Ramana Maharshi Road and C.V. Raman Road (between 1.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m.); C.V. Raman Road, Ramana Maharshi Road, Palace Road, T. Chowdaiah Road, Raj Bhavan Road, CoD office Road, Seshadri Road, Nrupatunga Road, N.R. Road, P. Kalinga Rao Road, Lalbagh Road, Lalbagh Fort Road, and K.R. Road (between 3.15 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.); K.R. Road, Lalbagh Fort Road, J.C. Road, Kasturba Road, Queen's Road, Cubbon Road, Dickenson Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Trinity Road, Domlur Road and Airport Road (between 5.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m.)
