Maoists kill Girijan

VISAKHAPATNAM: For the first time after the State Government re-imposed ban on the CPI (Maoist), naxalites shot dead a former member of the party near Dagupalli village in Koyyuru mandal on Saturday afternoon.

Balaraju, 22, was a surrendered naxalite.

According to information, four naxalites picked up Balaraju at Errajeruvula and brought him to Dagudupalli.

He was shot dead on a road.
