Prisoner dies in hospital

MADURAI: A remand prisoner, detained at the central prison here, is alleged to have died after complaining of chest pain on Saturday.

According to the police, B. Nataraj (69) of Tenkasi, who was remanded in a cheating case, was rushed to the Government Rajaji hospital after he complained of chest pain. He died on way to hospital.
