Stress on renewable energy sources

HYDERABAD: The Chief Minister, Y.S. Rajsekhara Reddy, on Saturday said people from all walks of life should play an active role in promoting and using renewable energy sources for sustained development.

He was participating in the "Renewable Energy Day" (Rajiv Gandhi Akshay Urja Diwas) celebrations to commemorate the birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi, organised by the Non-conventional Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (NEDCAP).
