L & T bags Dubai order

CHENNAI: Larsen & Toubro has bagged an order from Nakheel, a leading project developer in the United Arab Emirates to build a residential property in Dubai. Out of the total project outlay of Rs. 450 crore, L & T's value of works will be Rs. 340 crore.

The project involves construction of Mogul Gardens-2 at Discovery Gardens. The project involves construction of 27 residential blocks with a total build-up area of 1.78 lakh square metres. According to a release, Nakheel is involved in several major property development projects with a total investment of $12 billion in Dubai.
