Court notice on telecast rights

NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notices to the Centre, the Board of Control for Cricket in India and ESPN-Star Sports on a petition by Zee Telefilms and Jawahar Goel, seeking quashing of an eligibility condition of an ``Invitation to Tender'' issued by the Board.
