M&M launches Scorpio
MANGALORE:
Mahindra and Mahindra on Tuesday launched in Mangalore the new CRDe variant of its SUV Scorpio. The two Common Rail Diesel engine (CRDe) variant comes specially in a sports duotone body colours. At the launch ceremony here Ajai Guthi, Deputy General Manager, said the new variant could return a healthy 0-60 kmph in six seconds and touch 100 kmph in 17 seconds and the CRDe gives 30 percent quieter engine performance with 13 kmpl. Local dealer outlet Karnataka Agencies, Managing Director, Richard Rodrigues, said Scorpio had become a favourite SUV in Mangalore as the vehicle moved in the undulating terrains with ease.
