LG Electronics launches new colour TV
VISAKHAPATNAM:
LG Electronics India Ltd. has come out with an innovation in its 29-inch colour TVs to enhance the image and sound quality. While XD P (Excellent Digital Picture), which can be activated by a button on the remote, enhances the image quality to produce excellent digital image, the XD S (Excellent Digital Sound) produces theatre-like sound and excellent audio reproduction. Addressing a media conference in connection with the launch of the XD series in Visakhapatnam on Monday, company's product group head (consumer electronics, LGEIL south and west India), Prashant K. Das, said LG was poised to launch the XD version in the 21-inch models also before Deepavali. P.V. Murahari Rao, Regional Manager (AP and Karnataka) said the XD P 29 inch models were priced upwards from Rs. 19,500. Branch manager (Vijayawada) D. M. Raju was present.
