ABG Shipyard files draft prospectus

CHENNAI: ABG Shipyard Ltd., a leading private sector shipyard, has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to enter the capital market with an initial public issue of 85 lakh equity shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a premium to be decided through the 100 per cent book building process. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
