CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Governor, A.R. Kidwai, has appointed R.P.Bajpai, Director, Grade Scientist, Central Scientific Instruments Organisation, Chandigarh, as Vice-Chancellor of Guru Jambhaeshwar University, Hisar, from the date he assumes charge. The Governor has also appointed R.P. Hooda, Director, Apeejay Institutions, Dwarka Campus, New Delhi, as Vice-Chancellor of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, for three years from the date he assumes office.
