Imagine the existence of a State Humorous Rights Commission on the lines of State Human Rights Commission. Think what it can do to our morose and mundane lives stifled by frayed tempers and road rage and set an agenda for it! After all, the age-old prescription says laughter is the best medicine!

Should this SHRC infuse laughter as a punitive measure in the Assembly when political opponents are at loggerheads? Should it make a smile, at least twice a day, mandatory for stiff upper lip bosses? And in a child-friendly move, empower kids to tickle the ribs of cane-wielding fuming teachers?
