Green Home Landscape enters Salem

SALEM: The Coimbatore - based Green Home Landscape Pvt. Ltd. has made a foray into Salem real estate field. According to M. Senthil Kumar, Project Director, Green Home, the company with a turnover of Rs. 35 crore has identified 125 acres for a conversion of 1,000 well laid plots of which 65 acres received the Directorate of Town Planning approval. The company was hopeful of receiving the approval for the rest of the plots, he added. "we have plans to enter the market in Bangalore and other metro cities shortly", he said.
