Bannari Amman Spinning files draft prospectus

CHENNAI: Bannari Amman Spinning Mills Ltd., part of the Coimbatore-based Bannari Amman Group, is entering the capital market through the book building process. The draft red herring prospectus has been filed with SEBI on August 22. The company proposes to expand its spinning and weaving capacity and is also setting up processing and garment/home textile facilities. It is also increasing its captive wind power generation capacity, says a release.
