New HR head for Convergys

NEW DELHI: Leading BPO firm, Convergys Corporation, on Thursday appointed Koustuv Mitra as Senior Director and Head of Human Resources for its customer care operations in India. The main role of Koustuv Mitra will include evolving critical strategies for employee relations, recruitment, development and retention in the large growing Indian market, says a company release.
