Kinfra's 500-acre land to get infrastructure facilities

PALAKKAD:
Managing director of Kinfra A. S. Suresh Babu has said that the infrastructure facilities like road, power and water will be provided in its 500-acre land at Wise Park in the Kanjikode industrial belt of the district.
Addressing the annual general body meeting of the Kanjikode Industries Forum here on Wednesday, Mr. Suresh Babu said Kinfra would take steps to provide infrastructure facilities in the Kanjikode industrial belt in order to help the existing industries and to bring new industrial units in this second biggest industrial area of the State. Ahalya Foundation chairman Gopal, in his address, said that the Health Care City coming up at Kozhipara, near Kanjikode, will be a model Health Care facility in the country.
The forum general body meeting decided to start the work of the Common Facility Centre for industries in the Kanjikode area.
It also decided to set up a Special Purpose Vehicle for marketing the products of companies in the Kanjikode industrial belt.
The meeting re-elected K. Pankajakshan as president of the Kanjikode Industries Forum and K. Kuttikrishnan as general secretary
