BCCI seeks manager's report

NEW DELHI: Rattled by the adverse reports about flagrant violation of its directives, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Thursday, sought a report from the team management as to why some of the players came late for departure on the tour of Zimbabwe.

The BCCI went into damage control mode, saying it has asked the team manager to submit a report on the episode.

BCCI President Ranbir Singh Mahendra said that action would follow after the team manager's findings. — UNI
