GUNTUR: The BSNL has discontinued booking of cellular post-paid connections under Plan-140 as it was offered as a one-time scheme for one month during December 2004 in Andhra Pradesh Circle. BSNL General Manager M.S.R. Sarma, in a release here on Thursday, said that there were many enquiries regarding booking under this scheme, but it was not available any more. Conversion of other plans into this plan is also not possible though Paln-140 can be converted into Plans 225, 325 or 525, but not vice-versa, he added.
