BANGALORE:
It sure was a special occasion. Two veterans of South Indian cinema were present at a special screening of a Kannada film featuring the son of one of them. The venue was PVR Cinema, the multiplex at Forum Mall, and the movie was Jogi starring Shivarajkumar, son of thespian Rajkumar. Also present, as a special invitee, was Tamil film star Rajnikanth. While no recent films of Mr. Rajkumar are showing in cinemas, Mr. Rajnikanth's latest film Chandramukhi is all set to celebrate its silver jubilee week at theatres.
