Adding to the chaos
One single stroke of change for commuters using the road towards Hi-tech city, and that was more than enough Mr. Bedlam to take over. The traffic police's decision to impose one-way rules on the stretch from Nagarjuna Circle to Madhapur, with breaks, diversions and timings that could baffle even a seasoned rally driver, was what sent the city traffic into chaos earlier this week. Heated arguments, traffic jams, delays and confusion reigned supreme on day one. The police, however, claimed all was under control. The question many asked was, when there are several other roads where traffic jams are common, what was the need of such a decision on a route that was yet to give major troubles.
