FEROKE: Teachers, students and alumni of Farook College's Malayalam Department will organise a cultural meet at the audiovisual theatre on the campus on Tuesday. The event is being held to mark the retirement of department head A. Shahuddin. K.A. Jaleel, former Vice-Chancellor of Calicut University, will be the chief guest. M.N. Karassery, Malayalam writer, will deliver the keynote address. Principal A. Kuttialikutty will preside over the function. The former Principals U. Mohammed and V. Mohammed will speak. The meet will be followed by a get-together of old students.
