OISCA anniversary tomorrow

KOZHIKODE: Yoshiaki Kodaki, Consul General, Consulate-General of Japan, Chennai, will on Saturday inaugurate the year-long programmes to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the OISCA movement in South India here.

Talking to reporters on Thursday, OISCA secretary general and director, South India, M. Aravind Babu and other office-bearers said the report of the OISCA project on recharging the Mananchira pond in the city would be handed over to Mayor Thottathil Raveendran on the occasion.

The Rs.15-lakh project envisages rainwater harvesting. .
