A SHOCKING REVELATION: It is a perfect case of `when you are very much in it you miss it.' Generally, the public make complaints to the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board on precariously hanging streetlight lamppost, haphazardly closed fuse box etc. on roa ds and whether or not they are attended to is a different story.
