Shiva Cement CDR scheme approved

CHENNAI: Shiva Cement, the Orissa-based profit making cement company, has received in-principle approval for its debt restructuring plan from its consortium leader, IFCI. Other lenders are ICICI, BoI, BoB have already issued their sanctions in recent months.
