Man `kills' wife, surrenders before Kpolice

HYDERABAD:
A salesman, Raju, allegedly murdered his wife Ramanamma, 25, by smashing her head with a boulder at Dasari Narayana Rao Colony in L.B. Nagar in the early hours of Friday. The victim was fast asleep in the bedroom when her husband allegedly hit her with the boulder killing her on the spot.
Later, Raju went to his parents' house in the same colony carrying his youngest daughter aged about three years and told them that he had killed his wife, the L.B. Nagar Inspector T. Srinivas Reddy said. At the instance of his parents, he surrendered before the police. The couple got married seven years ago and had three children. Raju was undergoing treatment for depression.
