S.R. Ashok Kumar

CHENNAI: Abirami Theatre has introduced free Wi-Fi to all the customers at the Abirami Mega Mall.

This will enable a person with a wireless-enabled computer or personal digital assistant to connect to Internet when in proximity of an access point called a hotspot Wi-Fi. Proprietor Abirami Ramanathan said he was happy to give free service to all his customers. "One can come with a laptop and avail this service free of cost. We have also decided to have a couple of computers installed in one of the floors of our mall for free browsing."

"If you buy a ticket and come a little earlier for the movie you can browse the net free. If you have a WAP facility in your mobile you can see the Abirami webpage also.

The revamp has been done by Nag Ravi of 3GDS Inc, a leading solutions provider. Mr. Ramanathan said a Gold souk is going to be opened shortly.
