The Vice-President, Dr. S. Radhakrishnan, who turned 67 on September 5, was cheered when he entered the Rajya Sabha. Earlier, the President, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Central and State Ministers and MPs called on him at his residence and offered felicitations.
