Robbers strike at isolated colony in Kurnool

KURNOOL: A robber gang struck at an isolated colony on the outskirts of Kurnool city and robbed four families of 100 tolas of gold jewellery and Rs. 70,000 in cash in the early hours of Tuesday.

According to reporters, the gang tied the watchman Erranna and others and went on robbing spree. The gang, numbering ten, after gaining entry into the houses, threatened inmates at knifepoint and relieved them of jewellery and cash.
