Union Minister restrained from flagging off train

HYDERABAD: The State Election Commission has ruled that the inaugural function for "Simhapuri Express" cannot be held with the participation of Union Minister of State for Health Panabaka Lakshmi until after September 30, because Gudur municipality was going to polls. A letter to this effect was sent to the District Collector and District Election Authority, Nellore on Tuesday.
