When 12-year-old Sudarshan enters the Marina swimming pool at 8 a.m. on Wednesday morning he will remain on the water till Friday 8 p.m. He wants to enter the Guinness Book of World Records for staying afloat for 60 hours, a feat which he is confident of accomplishing.

His coach M. Muniyandi says Sudarshan has already stayed afloat for ten hours in his earlier attempt. He also knows which is an additional advantage, Mr. Muniyandi says.
