JERUSALEM: : Israel has marked Kashmir as a place where there is "very high concrete threat" for its nationals and advised them to "avoid visiting" the Valley or "leave immediately" if they are there. The non-binding travel advisory issued by the Israel's National Security Council's (NSC) counter-terrorism unit, attached to the Prime Minister's office, also does not seem too excited about Israel's warming ties with Pakistan and marks it a country with ``high concrete threat'' that is to be "avoided and left immediately." Several reports in the past have said that Israelis form the single largest group of foreign tourists travelling in Kashmir. Kashmir figures among a select group of places, including Mindanao (in southern Philippines) and Chechnya (southern Russia). The NSC marks a ``concrete threat'' on the basis of specific intelligence that a terrorist or a terrorist cell is planning to attack a specific target, or targets, within a specific geographic location, within a specific time frame, security experts said.
