LUCKNOW: The Congress today blamed the Mulayam Singh Yadav Government for playing with the lives of the people by not allowing the use of a helicopter provided by the party for aerial fogging in those areas infested by Japanese Encephalitis (JE) in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi had announced to provide a chopper for the purpose during his visit to Gorakhpur on Wednesday. Mr Gandhi had visited the Baba Raghav Das Medical College at Gorakhpur to assess the situation.
