COIMBATORE: In view of the proposed line doubling work to be taken up between Parapangadi and Kadalundi sections, the Southern Railway has announced partial cancellation and regulation of trains on September 11.
Partially cancelled
A release from the Divisional Railway Office, Commercial branch, Palakkad, said that train No. 387/388 Coimbatore - Mangalore - Coimbatore passenger will be partially cancelled between Shoranur and Calicut. Train No. 6867/6868 Mangalore-Tiruchirapalli-Mangalore Express will be partially cancelled between Palakkad Junction and Calicut. Train No. 6345 Kurla - Tiruvananthapuram Nethravathi Express will be regulated for 120 minutes short of Kadalundi. Train No. 645/646 Shoranur-Nilambur-Shoranur passenger will stop at all stations with effect from Saturday, it added.
