PATNA: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav kick-started the campaign for the Assembly polls here on Tuesday.

He urged the people to give the RJD ``one more chance'' to save Bihar from falling into the hands of ``communal and fascist forces.''

Mr. Prasad said "the communal and fascist forces represented by the BJP and Janata Dal (U) are trying to grab power by hook or by crook".

Launching his `Sankalp Yatra', he said, ``I have embarked on it to expose the NDA and the Lok Jan Shakti Party." He set out in his `Garib Chetna Rath' amid fanfare, accompanied by party spokesman Shivanand Tiwari, Union Minister Jaiprakash Narayan Yadav and other senior leaders.

The yatra will wind through Bihta, Koilwar, Chandi, Jamira, Ara, Bibiganj, Shahpur, Brahmpur, Raghunathpur, Kuran Sarai and Dumraon.
