THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Tamil Nadu retained the title in the 17th South Zone junior athletic meet at the Vellayani Agriculture College ground here on Tuesday. Tamil Nadu, which finished first in two age group categories, took the title with 813 points. Kerala, which won all the age group titles in the girls' section, finished second with 797 points, while Andhra Pradesh came third with 412.50 points. Three records were set on the final day. But Tintu Luka of Kerala held the centre stage as she broke the 12-year-old record in 800m in under-18 girls' section. Running a well judged race, the Kerala girl pulled ahead of Tamil Nadu's S.
