Max New York opens direct sales office
CHENNAI:
Max New York Life Insurance Company has set up a direct sales office in Chennai. It has similar offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Addressing presspersons here recently, Garry Bennett, the newly appointed Managing Director, said direct selling was a new distribution channel that the company was experimenting with in India. He was hopeful that this would open up fresh business opportunities and contribute significantly to the sales. Rajesh Sud, Executive Director, said such sales offices would especially help the company to hawk high-end insurance products to focussed clients.
