L&T, Piramal not to bid

MUMBAI: Following the exit of their German partner Hochtief Airport GmbH, the other two partners of a consortium Piramal Holdings and L&T Infrastructure Development Projects said they would not submit any bid on Wednesday for the upgradation of Mumbai airport and have sought extension of time. However, Essel, GVK and GMR would bid for modernisation of Delhi and Mumbai airports.
