VSNL challenges TRAI order

NEW DELHI: VSNL has filed a petition before the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), challenging the telecom regulator TRAI's order on international bandwidth and questioning its assessment and methodology of costs and the rationale for regulating prices in that field.
