Sub-Registrar in ACB net

HYDERABAD: The Anti-Corruption Bureau officials on Tuesday arrested the Sub-Registrar of Ghanpur in Warangal district, R. Chandra Mouli, 54, at his house on charge of accepting Rs. 25,000 bribe from a complainant.

Chandra Mouli tested positive when subjected to a chemical test, a press release said.
