Powersoft files offer document with SEBI

BANGALORE: Powersoft Global Solutions, a provider of IT solutions and services based out of Bangalore, has filed the offer document with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in relation to the proposed secondary public offer of 54 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs.22 per share aggregating Rs. 11.88 crore. The proceeds have been earmarked for enhancing facilities and increasing business in North America.
