NEW DELHI: NCC, Orissa defeated Vivekanand Vidyapeeth, Bastar 6-0 in a group I match of the Subroto Cup football tournament at the Ambedkar Stadium here on Friday. Prasant Kumar Behera scored four goals, including a hat-trick, while S. K. Moin and Subhash Kumar Behera were the other scorers. In group II, Air Force School, New Delhi and Modern High School, Kohima drew 1-1. Tushar Choudhury put Air Force ahead in the 16th minute while Yabothung equalised for Modern in the 57th minute. In another group I encounter, Army Boys, Danapur beat AP Sports School, Hakimpet 4-0. Biren Gurung scored a hat-trick while Arjun Tudu completed the tally.
