ANANTAPUR: The Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court (AFJMC) here committed (transferred) the Paritala Ravindra murder case to the district and sessions court on Friday. The judicial custody of all the 12 arrested accused in the case was also extended till September 30. The upper court will take a decision on commencing the trial after receiving the necessary documents and the material evidence (objects), collected by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) during the investigation, pertaining to the case by the lower court. The case has already been split into two between the 12 arrested accused in the case including the main accused, G. Suryanarayana Reddy alias Suri, and the alleged main shooter in the killing and fugitive, Julakanti Srinivasa Reddy alias Moddu Seenu.
Arrest warrant
The AJFCM's court has again issued arrest warrant against Moddu Seenu recently as the CBI had failed to apprehend him on the warrant issued at the first instance.
