CHENNAI: The fourth batch of marine engineering cadets from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering passed out on September 5. The college, said the principal, had infrastructure for acquiring 15 competencies as per the IMO regulations and STCW conventions specified for the course. Besides marine engineering, eight more undergraduate and eight postgraduate courses are on offer.
