VISAKHAPATNAM: Six persons, including two children, were honoured by the Visakha Valley Junior Chamber here at the conclusion of the Jaycee Week celebrations. Development Commissioner of Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone P. Ramesh Kumar, who was the chief guest, honoured K.S. Ranganadham (best policeman), K.A. Raju (best driver), T. Satyam (best conductor), K. Subrahmanyam (outstanding young person) and Reeth Choraria and R. Ajeeth (super kids). Scholarships were given to K. Anil Kumar and Y.M. Ganesh (X class pupils) and T. Devi (V class pupil), besides Rs.2,000 to a mentally challenged student who would be attending the cycling olympics. The amount was donated by the Kancharla Ramabrahmam Memorial Charitable Trust. VVJC president V.S.V. Narayana Murthy chaired the valedictory.
